Tailwaggersnwa  is operated as a 5013c organization and we assist several local shelters in adopting out their animals.  We are several individuals who keep this going.  We do not take in unwanted pets nor do we have funds to help with medical bills.  If you are needing to have your own animal spayed and neutered, there are facilities for low income, such as spayarkansas.org and Ravenwood Clinic for qualifying owners.
